LOL.

Long time no read, Dean. If a coin could be forged with three sides, yours would be one, the other two by Anne Gibbons (a visual planck unit), and Margaret Anna Alice's "Mistakes Were Not Made".

The content, I take for granted. But the style with which you craft it? More blood, sweat, and tears than I can muster. 'God bless the child' in you. 😂

Cheers Dean!

Danke, Sir Steve. I hope that all is well with you in the land of my in-laws. The sabbatical is equally owed to several factors, most actually more positive than not. But high on the list has been getting my collectibles organized. I’m sure you can appreciate this: near complete runs of every mainstay Warren title. And some of the less desirable stuff, too. Did you catch our televised WWF Mayhem? They rebranded it a presidential debate :)

Hi Dean. Warren title? As in Robert Penn?

My collectible look belong in the back room of a used fishing tackle shop.

Did not bother to watch the 'debate' between the likes of those two. To see either of the two being given a stage is enough to send me into yet another round of embarrassed despair. Though no candidate would likely represent this insignificant ex-pat, at least CNN could have pretended to be legit by including RFK Jr.

Meh, Japanese counterparts are not much better. East or West, a combination of deep-state bureaucracy and Big Business with equally deep pockets are ruling the roost before bringing it all down.

Steve, sorry! I assumed that given the Count Chocula thing you were familiar with Warren magazines: Creepy, Eerie, Vampirella, and Famous Monsters. Political tomes of a different political nature :)

Oh yeah. I loved those magazines but had long forgotten the name of the publisher. Those must be worth a fortune. Kind of hard to imgaine reality is much gorier than those old comics.
